We are currently searching for a Quality Assurance Auditor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to progress their career in one of the fastest growing food manufacturers in the UK.
Job Purpose
Working as part of a team to produce high quality products that comply with all food safety and legality requirements, for our customers.
The Job
- Ensure all products meet safety and quality specifications
- Ensure production tasks are carried out to specification / SOPs
- Collect samples of all production runs
- Ensure correct operation of Metal Detectors, check weigher and Olympus system.
- Conduct GMP Audits
- Highlight any issues during shift to technical management and assist in investigations
The Person
Essential:
- Relevant work experience.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail.
Desirable:
- Previous experience within a food production environment.
- HND / Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or relate or related discipline.
Hours of Work
The person must be fully flexible with both Day shift and Night Shift.
Day Shift – 6.30am – 6pm
Night Shift – 5.30pm – 6am
