Orchard Fresh Foods Ltd specialises in growing and processing natural Bramley apples. As natural apple growers we have many years of experience and a genuine passion for growing apples. We sell fresh Bramley apple for wholesale and retail trade. We are apple pie producers supplying processed apple for the catering and bakery market. Our range of processed apple products includes fresh and apple pie mix. We also offer rhubarb and berry pie mixes.
Orchard Fresh Foods are seeking a Quality Manager.
The role will be critical in ensuring that high standards are maintained at all times, and will include:
- Facilitate site visits and audits
- Investigation of customer complaints and non-conformances
- On floor hygiene management and chemical control on floor
- Management of training manuals use
- Allergen control and swabs
- Completion of internal audits and corrective actions
- Ensure BRC and customer requirements are adhered to on production floor
- Management of temperature monitoring system
- Maintaining microbiological testing schedule

The successful candidate must be competent to deal with HACCP, BRC and Red Tractor, maintaining all necessary records.
