Active Packaging Ltd. is a well-established flexible packaging company based in Omagh for the past 20 years.  During this time, we have become a leader in innovation, quality, market knowledge and customer service. 

We are currently undergoing a growth phase, expanding into new markets with an aggressive growth strategy for the future and with this we are looking to add Key Account Mangers to the team in Omagh.

If you enjoy devising effective solutions and striving toward achieving goals, this job is right for you. You will use your communication skills to identify and address clients’ needs while representing Active Packaging in a positive way.

We work in a fast-paced environment and as a Key Account Manager, no two days will be the same. You will be responsible for the businesses biggest clients, working across multiple sectors & will help to drive sales growth and strategic account development.

What you can expect from your role as a Key Account Manager

  • Managing clients while simultaneously managing multiple projects and priorities to contribute towards sustainable growth within the business.
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with large suppliers and customers.
  • Driving sales and identifying new opportunities to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes for both Active Packaging and our customers.
  • You will act as a representative for Active Packaging, but also as the chief advocate for your clients internally.

What we need from you as a Key Account Manager

  • Being a Key Account Manager at Active Packaging is fast paced & no two days are the same. It’s a role suited to someone who is keen to ‘get involved’, take ownership and able to manage expectations of our customers.
  • You should be highly motivated by delivering a great service to our clients.
  • Have a strong growth mindset. We want people driven to learn quickly and improve themselves.
  • You should be a self-starter, capable of managing and organising your workload & being proactive.
  • High attention to detail, capable of working with multiple and different customers & suppliers.
  • Proficient in all MS Office applications, including MS Excel, Outlook & Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication & customer service skills.
  • Commercial awareness and an interest in developing your skills with ambitions for the future of the company.
