Cottage Desserts wish to recruit a highly motivated Quality Control Technician who wishes to enhance their development within an established local business. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a food manufacturing business based in Dromore.
Responsibilities include maintain and develop food safety (HACCP) and quality management systems to meet all regulatory, customer and internal requirements, including the BRC standard
Successful applicants should have sound experience within a food production environment working in a QC role, a proven track record of delivering technical support, advice, practical experience in quality systems, be educated to degree level or equivalent in Food Science or other relevant discipline with a thorough working knowledge of HACCP, BRC and European Food Legislation and be a competent user in MS Office.
