Due to business expansion Errigal Mushrooms are recruiting a motivated Quality Manager reporting to the General Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a quality system in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and continually improve the Quality and Food Safety System
- Manage staff production and quality output.
- Communicate at all levels in the business – production, management and 3rd party audits.
- Ensure company complies with appropriate codes of practice.
Criteria
- Degree in Food Science / Food Technology is preferred but not essential.
- Ideally have 2- 3 years’ experience in a FMCG environment however full training will be provided so also open to Graduate level.
- Some understanding of HACCP principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Creative and enthusiastic
